Hello, I'm Dana. I'm a therapist and supervisor in the Bodynamic system. And a Board member in our association. Since 2014, I’ve been running a private practice, supporting people across the globe with trauma, chronic pain syndromes, psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety, and a wide range of body–mind challenges. My professional path is deeply rooted in my own lived experience. After years immersed in the world of movement — from childhood Olympic gymnastics through yoga and partner acrobatics — I experienced long-standing chronic pain that conventional approaches could not resolve. Turning to somatic therapy opened a new path: within a year of deep body–emotional work, the pain lifted, old traumas surfaced, and a way back to vitality and inner connection revealed itself. That experience shapes everything I do. It evoked huge curiosity in me, sent me after experts and teachers across the globe, and eventually, in 2014-2015, led me into the Bodynamic system. I see the body as our most profound guide and ally. Every symptom, disconnection, or crisis is not punishment, but an invitation to come closer, return, and harness in consciousness forgotten parts and skills of ourselves. You can read more about me, my training, and my work on my website.
Dana's professional treatment is based on many years of experience and a multitude of educational training that support each other. She works intuitively and has the ability to listen to the unspoken needs of the client, as well as respect the client's personal limitations and integrity. I recommend her soft, yet strong and supportive sessions.
After years of anxiety and PMDD, where I felt I've told my adversity story so many times to so many professionals. In a relatively short time, my anxiety symptoms were gone. My PMDD symptoms were so much better. But really, more than anything, I found safety within. And I feel much more capable and present. So grateful!
