My professional path began in communication, but life gradually led me to what truly moves me — understanding people and the deep connection between body, mind, and emotion. This curiosity became a vocation, guiding me through a long journey of learning and self-discovery that now continues through the practice of Bodynamic Psychotherapy. As a Bodynamic Practitioner and Full Bodymap Analyst, I work with clients to explore how their body holds life experiences and potential for change. Through awareness, movement, and relational presence, I support each person in finding new possibilities of balance, empowerment, and authentic expression.
