I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of developmental or complex trauma.
My approach is body-oriented, relational, and depth psychological, integrating perspectives from Process-Oriented Psychology, Jungian Psychology, Somatic Experiencing®, my training as a certified yoga instructor, and my ongoing Bodynamic Practitioner Training.
My intention is to offer a therapeutic space that honours each person’s inherent wisdom and respects the unique rhythm of their process.

Treatment Approach
I integrate body-oriented psychotherapy with developmental and depth psychological approaches. Therapy is guided by an understanding of how early developmental experiences are held in the body, nervous system, and relational patterns. Depending on the individual’s needs, therapy may include somatic awareness, movement, dreams, symbolic exploration, and relational inquiry to support regulation, integration, and the restoration of choice and agency.
